Kaitlyn Hord, currently a sophomore at Penn State, has been named to the 14 player First Team All-American team by the American Volleyball Coaches’ Association. Hord, a sophomore middle blocker from Henry Clay High School in Lexington, led the Nittany Lions to the NCAA Elite Eight and was a unanimous All-Big Ten First Team

The Henry Clay Blue Devil volleyball team fell to two time defending state champ Assumption from Louisville in the quarter finals of the state tournament on Saturday.
