Four Football Players Earn All-City Honors

The Lexington Herald-Leader/Kentucky.com has named three Henry Clay football players to the 2019 All-City High School Football Team, as voted on by the eight coaches of Lexington’s varsity KHSAA programs.   FIRST TEAM: Graham Wald —K SECOND TEAM: DJ VanHorn – QB Ashton Foos – WR Chris Dabney – LB   HONORABLE MENTION: Preston Stacy

Kaitlyn Hord, HC Volleyball Alum, Named Collegiate All-American

Kaitlyn Hord, currently a sophomore at Penn State, has been named to the 14 player First Team All-American team by the American Volleyball Coaches’ Association.   Hord, a sophomore middle blocker from Henry Clay High School in Lexington, led the Nittany Lions to the NCAA Elite Eight and was a unanimous All-Big Ten First Team
